How It Works:
– Advanced engineering: The cartridge is engineered to prioritise energy conservation by delivering cold water for the initial part of your handle rotation. When you first turn the handle, you’ll enjoy refreshing cold water without any wasted energy.
– User-Friendly Design: Our ergonomic design places the handle in the full cold-water position when in its standard position. Ensuring the handle is always in the most natural position for those short usage bursts that don’t impact energy consumption.
– Gradual Hot Water: Hot water starts blending in only when you pull the lever forward beyond the midpoint. This gradual transition ensures you get the perfect water temperature without any sudden surprises.

For your convenience, we offer the following shipping guidelines:

  1. Apartment Buildings with Elevators: If your delivery address is in an apartment building with an elevator, we'll bring your items directly to your home.
  2. One or Two-Floor Houses: Delivery to one or two-floor houses is seamless, without any additional considerations.

For multi-floor houses without an elevator, please inform us in advance. Additional fees or alternative delivery options may apply.

Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours of them being placed (excluding preorders). From there they are passed onto our distribution centres for packing and shipping. Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

How do You ship?

For orders within Melbourne, one of our staff will deliver the products to you.
For orders outside Melbourne, We will ship the products via different couriers including CouriersPlease, Australia Post, FedEx, etc.

Items must be checked within 48 hours of the receipt of goods. It is very important that your trades inspect goods before installation. And any damages should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. we are unable to accept damage claims beyond 48 hours, as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred and whether it was the manufacturers fault or not.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and uninstalled condition; and all packaging must be free of writing, scratches, labels and damage.

Email us to report any issues or start the return process within the 14 days of delivery. This will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Please send photos to “sales@topware.au” of the condition of the boxes and product and a description on the item you’re returning.

- We cannot accept goods that do not have their original packaging or the packaging is damaged. Please be advised all return items are inspected upon return to ensure the item and packaging is in original condition and resalable. While the goods are in your possession they are your responsibility, if the goods are damaged, missing parts or packaging, we will not be able to provide a refund, credit or exchange.

-Returning the items back to our store is the customer’s responsibility. If you request a pickup for your returning item, additional fees will apply.

-We are not able to accept returns of any kind once you have attempted to install or use the product.

-If your return is approved, we will calculate a restocking fee of 15-20% (depending on which supplier/ brand the item is from) and deduct any delivery fees before issuing your refund.

-Once we process your refund, it may take 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
