Delivery times may be affected by supplier stock delays or circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or natural disasters. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed of its status. We appreciate your patience, particularly with spa orders, where we work to ensure a safe and timely delivery.

  • Metro Melbourne: free delivery on orders over $499. Orders under $499: $48 (inc. GST).

How We Ship

  • Metro Melbourne: most orders are delivered by our own team. Once your delivery date is confirmed, we will email you the date and your tracking details, and you will receive automated notifications on the day. Some metro orders may be sent with one of our freight partners. In that case, the freight terms below apply.
  • Interstate and regional Victoria: orders are sent with one of our trusted freight partners, chosen to suit your order and location. On the day your order is collected from our Bayswater North warehouse, we will email you the consignment details, including the carrier and tracking information.
  • Freight deliveries are kerbside only.

Delivery Terms

  • Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. We may ask to see ID.
  • Standard delivery is to the ground-floor entrance of your house or building, or your garage.
  • We do not carry items inside your home, up stairs or to levels above ground floor.
  • If no one is present, the delivery cannot proceed and a redelivery fee of $48 (inc. GST) may apply.
  • Authority to leave: for orders under $200, we can leave your order in a safe place if you authorise this in writing before delivery. For larger orders, this may be available at our discretion. It is not available for two-person items or PayPal orders.

PayPal Orders

To protect you and us against fraud, PayPal orders have additional identity and delivery requirements:

  • Please check your order details, including the delivery address, carefully before completing payment, as we may not be able to change them afterwards.
  • We can only deliver to the PayPal account holder, at the delivery address on the order.
  • At delivery, our driver will check photo ID matching the PayPal account details, obtain the account holder’s signature and take a proof-of-delivery photo.
  • A signature is required on every PayPal order, regardless of value.
  • PayPal orders can’t be left unattended or in a safe place.

If these requirements can’t be met at the time of delivery, the redelivery fee may apply. If they still can’t be met on a second attempt, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Two-Person Items

Some items are too heavy, large or fragile to be safely handled by one person, such as shower screen panels, baths, large vanities and other bulky items, some weighing 75kg or more. Whether an item requires two people is at our discretion.

For these items, a second adult must be on site who is able to safely help our driver lift and carry the item to the ground-floor entrance. We will confirm this with you, along with the approximate weight of your item, when your delivery is booked.

If no suitable helper is available at the time of delivery, our driver may be unable to proceed and the redelivery fee may apply. If your helper can’t make it, please contact us before your delivery date so we can reschedule.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. If you need to change an order, we may need to cancel it and ask you to place a new one. Special order and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered. After 24 hours, our standard returns and exchange policy applies.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Quick guide to our Return/ Refund Policy:
 
Easy 14 days Return Policy
  Items must be checked within 48 hours of the receipt of goods. It is very important that your trades inspect goods before installation. And any damages should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. we are unable to accept damage claims beyond 48 hours, as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred and whether it was the manufacturers fault or not.
 
All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and uninstalled condition; and all packaging must be free of writing, scratches, labels and damage.
Email us to report any issues or start the return process within the 14 days of delivery. This will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.
Please send photos to “[email protected]” of the condition of the boxes and product and a description on the item you’re returning.
 
- We cannot accept goods that do not have their original packaging or the packaging is damaged.
Please be advised all return items are inspected upon return to ensure the item and packaging is in original condition and resalable.
While the goods are in your possession they are your responsibility, if the goods are damaged, missing parts or packaging, we will not be able to provide a refund, credit or exchange.
 
-Returning the items back to our store is the customer’s responsibility. If you request a pickup for your returning item, additional fees will apply.
 
-We are not able to accept returns of any kind once you have attempted to install or use the product.
 
-If your return is approved, we will calculate a restocking fee of 15-20% (depending on which supplier/ brand the item is from) and deduct any delivery fees before issuing your refund.
 
-Once we process your refund, it may take 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
